• added bed (Euro 25,00 a week)
• cradle (0/3 years), on demand, Euro 20,00 a week (it is free if belonging to the customer)
• air conditioning according to the energy consumption

Each apartment is furnished according to the number of available beds and it is provided with dishes, refrigerator, gas-stove, electric oven, TV, strongbox, elevator.

Booking is considered valid only after the payment of the 30% of the total sum that has to be paid within 10 days starting from the moment of the confirmation of the apartment itself. The remaining sum has to be paid at the moment of the delivery of the apartment.

Till to May the 20nd, beach won’t be provided with any service.

The apartment will be put at your complete disposal after 14:00 ( 2 p.m.) of the day of your coming  and it has to be delivered back ( carefully cleaned) within 9 a.m. of the day of your leaving.
